When I order my net fence system, will you send me information about how to hook this thing up?
Actually, on second thought, I would feel better about ordering if I already had comprehensive information about electric fencing, and the netting fence. I cannot overstate the fact that *I KNOW NOTHING*, nor does my husband, about electric fences. I need to know how does the energizer hook up to the "grid", does it just plug in? I was told that I could just run a temporary electric fence line from my power source to where I want to have my nets, but I don't even know how to do that. I know I can do it if I have good information. I strongly believe in the 4-H saying, "Learn by Doing"
I need to know exactly what I am going to need to build this fence, down to the last inch of wire and insulator (do I need an insulator?).
So far I know I need:
nets
energizer
extra posts for tall nets
some kind of gate
voltage tester
warning signs
Anything else?
