newborn bottle holders

Does anyone have a solution for attaching soda bottles for feeding newborns/bottle lambs on the side of a crate or pen? Bungy cords don't do the trick and I can't find anything that holds the bottle to the side of the pen AND tips it at an angle (ie; rabbit water bottle holders are vertical with a bent nipple). Llambs need tipped bottle with Pritchard or rubber/latex nipples stuck through the bars enough so they can hold on to them. We use buckets for groups of lambs; but when we have a single lamb in a crate in the sick room, we need a stable bottle holder.

I have not seen anything on the market that will only hold one bottle. They make
them to hold 5 or 6 at atime.
When I need to only feed one or two lambs I use a small one gal. bucket with a
bucket teat unit and a latex nipple and hang it in the pen.
