housing rams together

I am a beginner sheep farmer(small scale to work herding dogs) and I have a 2 year old 3/4 Dorper/barb cross who is currently housed alone until breeding season. He was not aggressive or pushy with the 1/2 grown lambs last year(my first lamb crop) but over the last few months is generally showing more aggression through the fence to dogs and people. Experienced dogs DO NOT have trouble 'working him' with at least 2 other sheep; if I catch and halter him he doesn't try to hurt me(other than to get away)--But I want to put a young ram with him after breeding season this year and I am wondering if this is not wise or if I put a shield/blinder on him will it be safe enough ? Will it keep him from pushing the youngster away from feed? Please advise.
Thanks,
Cheryl

A ram shield would be the right choice. It should keep him from harming the
young ram or himself.
