fencing for poultry plus horse

I want to keep my muscovies in the same small pasture area as my horse since they eat the horseflies. I have coyotes, foxes and racoons. I have two strands of the wide tape and one strand at the bottom of rope as my electric fence on the INSIDE of the fenceposts and I want to put up a galvanized wire fence on the OUTSIDE of the fencepost. Will this work? What are the consequences if the wire buckles a little or touches the tape on a windy day?

You should try to stretch the wire tight enough that it can not touch
the hot fence. If it does it will short out the fence and no longer shock
any animal. The other reason to have it tight is to keep the dogs and
coyotes from crawling under the wire. If you need to you can put the
lower wire on an offset insulator to give you more room.
