Permant Fencing

Need advice on the best type of permant fencing for a cattle pasture that is approx. 30 acres and has two seperate winding creeks flowing thru it. Was considering HT 5-7 wire fence but am not sure of the amount of end/corner post braces that would be required, not sure how much of a curve can be made. I only have experince with woven wire and want to go with something else. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Also what would be the best system to close off a water gap at the property line that is approx. 15 feet wide.

5-7 wire HT will work fine as long as you energize some of the wires.
You can follow a curve if you use more wood posts.
Water gaps are easy to deal with if you use downrods and electrify them.
