Keeping nipple bucket from freezing

Knowing that you must have the same low temperatures that we are having in Ohio, what solution are you using to keep the nipple buckets from freezing at night? Need to start using again but in the past we had trouble with the milk solution freezing in / at the nipples.

One of the best ways to keep it from freezing is to hang a heat lamp
above the bucket. Hang it high enough that it keeps the milk at 35to
40 degrees. The light will also draw the lambs to the bucket.

Any other ideas? We have no easy way to hang a heat lamp in their pen.

Gordon,

Has anybody thought about trying one of the heated buckets? The one that I have seems to very good at keeping the water a liquid. Since the heating unit is at the bottom, should also keep the nipples from freezing. It does not seem to overheat the water.
