lamb with horns

I've got a lamb born this year that has horns. They are about 1/2 to 3/4 inches long. Can a lamb be dehorned and if so ,what would I use?

It can be tricky to dehorn a sheep. If the lamb is going to market
I would leave it with horns.If the horns grow larger I would not want to
use it as a breeding animal.
