fencing for winter swath grazing and summer strip grazing

What would you recommend for fencing in a winter swath grazing situation where the fence needs to be moved every two days and the ground is frozen.

What would you recommend for fencing during summertime strip grazing of millet and sudangrass/corn.

Yearlings and cow/calf pairs will be doing the grazing.
