External parasites

I have angora goats, and found wool lice on them when shearing this weekend. We also have sheep, and the herds do mix. Not every goat has lice, only the two that went out for breeding last fall and their kids.

1. What is the best remedy for lice (easiest to apply)?

2. Do I have to treat the sheep as well?

3. How do I kill the lice/eggs in the fleeces before sending them for processing? One fleece was bad enough to discard, but the rest appear to be in good shape, other than probably infested.

Thanks in advance for your advice,

Now that they are shorn I would spray them with a mix
of water and Permethrin.
If they are running with the sheep then they should all be done.
I do not know what you should do with the fleece.
