This spring, I bought a flock of Border Cheviots for my farm. We also keep horses. I have used Premier's portable electric net fencing (36" and 42") for rotating the sheep pastures until I determined their grazing behavior. I now am ready for permanent fencing, and have 2 questions:
1) Do you have any names for agricultural fence installers in the Twin Cities Metro area of MN (specifically Stillwater)? I have trouble setting the wood posts correctly, and would pay for a professional's experience.
2) For a horse/sheep combination, I am considering a 36" woven wire topped with 2 smooth electric wires and 1 offset electric wire. I'm interested in having a long-lasting, lower maintenance fence, and need physical barriers (sometimes we lose electricity).
I appreciate any insight you can offer. Kind regards.
p.s. Could I arrange to tour Premier's facilities? I think seeing your products in use would help my operation.
