Battery power for Permanet

We have approx. 600 feet of pos/neg Permanet and 42" netting fence. Would the Intellishock or Kube Battery Unit (no solar) provide enough energizing for the fence? Do you suggest the 12volt battery? It would be in some taller (8-12") grass and weeds. Thank you.

As long as you keep the weed load down the Kube or the 20 B will work .
Grass that is 8"-12" tall if left there long enough can short it out.
If netting is going to be left in one place for a long time it is best to spray
and kill the grass under the net.
