I currently have 164 ft of PoultryNet running on one IntelliShock 20B
charger with a solar kit. If I get another 164ft of net (and 4 more Power
Posts) to string together, will my current battery/charger be able to
handle it?

As long as you contol the weed load the 20B will run up to 4 rolls of net.
