Clippers or Shearers

My 4-H club has about 20 lambs. They are sheared for 2 different shows at approx. 6- months old and 10-12 months old. We shear all lambs the day before the show. What would be better a Premiere 4000 clipper or Premiere 4000 shearer?

A 4000S is best for taking off heavey or dirty wool.
A 4000C is best for putting the finnished look to the lamb.
Many people will buy the 4000S and a clipping head and blades.
This way they can have both heads and only one motor.

Since I am a beginner shearer, which 4000S package would you recommend, the 13 tooth or 20 tooth?

The 20 tooth will be the safest and if you are only shearing a few sheep
each year then pick the 20. Also if you shear just befor a show then there
is less time for a nick to heal, the 20 is best.
If you plan to just ruff shear ewes and will shear more than 10-15 then
I would want to have a few 13 tooth combs.
