buck fence

I need to keep a Boer buck in a fence built with cattle panel and some woven wire. The buck will be close to the rest of the herd. He can get out of this pretty easy when does are in heat. I want to build a permanent electric fence inside this fence. What would you recommend.

One strand of Intellirope 6" away and 18" high will keep him off of the fence.
