Ditch fencing

I want to use some 25-30 lb wether kids for grass/weed control on our
irrigation ditches. On the home place one side is already permenant
fenced so am thinking 3 sides of netting or? It can be electrified via an
existing horse tape or down the permenant fence posts with with a wire.
Fencing needs to go up and down across head gates and cross the ditch so I
can force clean up of one run before moving to the next one. Fence will be
taken down to water. What will work for this or will anything? I'm
looking to run about 2 rolls at a time clearing about 250 feet of ditch at
once by about 30--40 feet wide.

I would use # 201000 electroNet as the fence, #320720 power posts to
help support the corners and ups and downs. Then use a # 335500
power link to connect power from you hot wire to the net.
