I have a Intellishock 20B for my premier netting fence. The battery is feeding back and shocking thru the ground wire. What can be done?

Typically, when the ground rod has a voltage reading there is a short on the fence. You will need to check your fence for any places that it may be touching the ground, a metal spike on a plastic post or wire fence/post.

How would ya test too see if you have feed back at the ground rod ?

With your fence tester, touch the metal loop to the ground rod. Stick the probe of the tester into the soil. If you get a reading, then you probably have a short on the fence.
