how many wires would I need to subdivede a pasture for lambs and ewes next to a creek that floods 3 or 4 times a year and what prduct would work the best

With sheep and lambs, you will probably need 3-4 strands. I would use the Intellirope PE 4.5 and/or the Intellitwine 2.25. We've also used the netting (ElectroNet 9/35/12)around creeks. The net washes out during the flood, but is usually easy to put back up and more secure with little lambs.
