Intellishock 20B

I have a Intellishock 20B 9v solar it is feeding back to the ground rod. I have changed it around with another charger on a different fence and did the same thing and the other fencer worked fine on the other fence both are Intellshock 20B.

Try adding more ground rod to the energizer.
