Adding 2nd solar panel to IntelliShock 20B

I have the IntelliShock 20B with a rechargeable battery, but the solar panel that comes with it is too small to keep up during cloudy weeks. Is it possible to add a 2nd solar panel wired in parallel to give it more charging juice? There are a lot of 12V solar panels on the market, for example I found a nice 15W unit.

Wire connections: where would it be best to connect the wires of the 2nd solar panel?
