About 4 years ago I purchased an Intellisest Electric Fence Digital Voltmeter from Premier 1. The unit was very helpful to check the voltage on my 2 solar fencers. Early last year the ground probe came off the lead wire and quit using it with plans to fix it. I found the unit this year and tried to use it to check fence voltage since my fencers seemed to not be putting out much charge. The unit did not work so, I figured the 9 volt battery was dead in the unit. I have replaced the battery and it still does not work. Any ideas as to what the problem could be.
