Poultry net sag

Last season we installed PoultryNet™ 12/42/3 (42" x 164'), single spike, we had an
early season heavy snow while we were away and it pulled the fence down. The snow melted quickly but the bottoms of some of the poultry net post were bent. Any recommendations on straightening out the post, and how to avoid sag with poultry net ?

We do have replacement post on our web site or if you have fiber rod post or plastic post they will work also.
