This is my second spring for using the Poultry Net DS with PS 15 Solar Energizer Kit. Last spring the fence had a great shock to it. This year we are using the same equipment and the battery is working great, but when we hook it up to the fence it has very low voltage, then drops to no voltage. The ground is very wet (Washington State), but when we put water in the ground it has a temporary increase in voltage but then it drops; last year we did not have to do this.
