Semi-permanent installation

I'm looking at getting some poultry netting to keep my chickens out of my garden this year. I want a permanent gate into the garden. If I set a wooden posts for both sides of the gate, how do I attach the electric netting to the wooden post? Also, can I run a normal insulated copper wire over the arch of the gate to create continuity in the fence? I'm also thinking about setting corner posts so that I can put the fence up quickly in the Spring every year, and take it down in the Fall. Same question for those corners...how do I connect the fence to them?

Start the netting on one side of the gate. Place the netting 2-3 inches away from the post and tie to the post. Do not let the netting touch the gate post this will cause a short. The same with corner post, unless using plastic post keep the electric fence at least 2-3 inches away from post.
Copper wire may corrode over time. I suggest using an insulated cable made for electric fence.

How about a PoultryNet HotGate 340100? It's not available online (yet) but it will be when our Fencing catalog gets mailed. It's 4' of PoultryNet with a few different posts and a docking station. Electrical connections are easy to make with a few PowerLinks as well.
