Can I use your 3 foot 3/8 inch step in fiber rod posts as line posts for a single wire 12.5 gauge high tensile fence? If so, how far apart can I place the line posts?

If using for battons the FiberRods 3/8" will work fine. Meaning if used between wood posts to help keep the wire spaced. Have the batton every 25 feet between wood posts. Anywhere there is any strain on the fence you will need the wood post.

I'm sorry but I am not familiar with the word "batton". Could you please define/explain/clarify exactly what it means and how it is used? Thank you.

A batton is a rod/post placed between two wood posts that are spaced far apart to help keep the HT wires spaced. Use the power grip clips on the post to help hold the lines.
