Premier 3000c

I bought a used set of Premier 3000c clippers and they did not have the instruction booklet with them, so I was wondering if I could get one. Also, I am using it to clip steers and when I use the flat blades to shave them they just won't go thru the hair. I just had the blades sharpened. So I did not know if I had them adjusted correctly. Any help would be greatfull.

If the blades are not cutting any hair at all, they are probably dull. Did you have them sharpened by us? Using a lapping machine for these blades is critical. Best option is to send the blades to us; we can see if they are damaged or dull or ???
