vineyard weed control w/ sheep

I may have an opportunity to do weed control in a vineyard on the farm where I keep a few sheep. I understand this has been done elsewhere but how can I keep them from eating and stripping the vines?

You would need to fence them away from the vines. Using portable netting works best to keep the sheep in and safe.
