I lost the rubber "button" that the clipper blades set on! There is one on each side where the blades set...keeps the blades in place. I hope you understand what I'm asking. Anyway, where can I orer these? The blades don't run without it.

Please call us directly and we'll get that taken care of. The 3000 and 4000 have a 3 year warranty, so we'll replace the comb peg under warranty. Please have the serial number from your machine when you call....

We had the exact same thing happen to ours, and we had to order like 10 it seems. they kept falling out, is that a common problem with them? we eventually returned it.

You replaced them twice... :) There was a problem with one shipment of heads. The reason it kept happening is that once the metal has oil on it re-gluing the pegs is problematic under most "home" circumstances. As far as I know once the pegs were replaced correctly they held in quite well...
