I have a ram that have a running nose, he also diarrhea and bloating too.
I gave him some pesto and a LA200 shot. What do you suggestion to
give him for the diarrhea and the bloating and the running nose.

Without seeing him it's hard for me to tell what is wrong. It's possible that he has nose botts causing a runny nose and is in need of a good worming to help with the diarrhea.

If you have him on a pasture that has a high percentage of clover or alfalfa, this could be causing the diarrhea and bloating also.
