What type of connectors are needed with intellirope? Can it be tied or knotted together without loss of connection? What is the approximate diameter and breaking point of the original intellirope? I plan to use two strands for horses.

Becky,
Electrical connections can be done with rope connectors & rope to rope links (for connecting two lines together electrically). Physical connections (where power does not need to go beyond) can be knots or rope connectors. The approximate tensile strength of IntelliRope is 1200 lbs.
