daisy strainer

help

i bought a daisy strainer and can't figure it out. i'm trying to strain the wire between the endposts and have a loop in wire.

where i come from we normally use a stick and twist to strain how do i use this stainer.

Install Daisy strainer onto Daisy handle's square drive shank.

Place the slot in the daisy over the wire to be tightened.

Rotate the handle (clockwise or counter clockwise) tightening the wire.

When the wire is at the desired tension hook the Daisy handle on the wire allowing hands free installation of the "U" type clip threw double sets of holes on the Daisy Strainer.
Unhook the Daisy Handle from wire allowing just installed clip to hold tension on wire.
Repeat for additional wires.
