which clippers and blades

My kids have started showing fat lambs at the fair. We need to shear the lambs in the spring and then slick shear them for the show. Which clippers and blades would you reccommend. I have clipped dairy cows for years using Oster Clipmasters. Your equipment was reccommended to me. I have your cataloges and still can't decide. I would appreciate your help.

It depends a bit on how many sheep you are going to be doing. If a few (under a dozen or so?) you will be quite happy with the Premier 1000c. If more than that or if you/they are agressive shearers then the speed of the Premier 3000c will be helpful. With either one you would use the Merlin 13L blades for the rough shear and then the Fine or Surgical blades for the slick shear.
