deworming sheep

I was just wondering what type of medicene to use when I deworm my flock of sheep

The best thing you can do is to have your vet do egg counts on your sheep.
This would tell you what type of worms your fighting . He could also tell you
what wormers are working best in your area.

I switch between an Ivomec product and panacur or valbazen. Although I never worm with valbazen in the fall because of risk of abortion. I usually try and worm 4 times a year. I use either injectable ivomec product or drench. I use this with sheep...don't have a clue with goats!
I hate to disagree with Gordon, but my vet isn't good with fecal counts. They actually have a hard time with identifying worms!
Maybe your vet is better.
