Double Insulated Wire: DCPIW34
If you intend to build permanent electric fences, you're going to need double insulated wire.
All of it looks the same to the less experienced user. But the differences are in the details—gauge, tensile strength, insulation thickness and single coat of insulation vs. double coat.
If you intend to use for temporary or semi-permanent fences, look to MaxiShock Insulated Cable.

Just installed. It’s very insulated and protected.
Definitely a must have if your running your main line from your box.
Make sure you order enough because you will be wanting more. Very good quality wire and insulation.

The only problem with this high quality wire is I never seem to have enough! It is amazing how much you use when you are skirting gates and other obstacles in the fence where you don't want hot wire. Great product! Order plenty!
