Double Insulated Wire: DCPIW34
If you intend to build permanent electric fences, you're going to need double insulated wire.
All of it looks the same to the less experienced user. But the differences are in the details—gauge, tensile strength, insulation thickness and single coat of insulation vs. double coat.
If you intend to use for temporary or semi-permanent fences, look to MaxiShock Insulated Cable.

Perfect for my fence hook up.

Great price, great product, great insulation. Used as a main line from the fencer and does not ground out to metal building or metal posts line is attached to.

I already had an energizer and battery, so extending with this affordable cable makes more sense than buying additional energizer / battery combination. This cable / insulation is very tough. My chisel plow made a good trench. In 30 minutes I extended a 25 mile fencer to a 100' X 100' plot for a very reasonable cost.

Just installed. It’s very insulated and protected.
Definitely a must have if your running your main line from your box.
Make sure you order enough because you will be wanting more. Very good quality wire and insulation.
