The flow works well. I made a lid for it and it is a decent feeder. The problem is the kids keep getting their heads stuck in the holes! They need to be bigger or more shallow so they don’t have to get so far in there. I’m going to have to make some modifications for sure. Already lost 2 horns.

Seems to work pretty well. A cover of some sort would be a huge upgrade. The lambs have figured out that it’s more fun to eat out of the top. They put their dirty feed on the feed holes to do this and get the feed in the bottom all filthy.

Just as described! A+

These work great. Use for feeding host kids in my creep feeder.

Bought this feeder to use as a creep feeder for our boer kids. I watched a kid get his head stuck the other day, and tonight we had another kid get her head stuck, knocking one horn nub loose. The feed flow is fully open but the pelleted feed still does not properly flow through causing the kids to stick their heads far into the hole. We will be switching feeders as this is a hazard to our kids.
