Bought 4 to use with broiler and occasionally they would close the feeder down. Cone could be larger as some of the feed was not funneled to the outside. Some mold issues as the legs would not push fully in (they did stay in place even though they were not fully in) and with the plastic lock nut that made it difficult to thread on the first time but 1 out of 4 is good.

The best feeder I have found. The dividers keep the chickens from scattering food on the ground. The chickens also seem to like it.

Bought several of these with the hats for hens in the pasture! They work great, no wasted feed and it has never allowed rain to get the feed wet even though it has been thru many down-pour rain storms here.

I bought this because of an issue I had with my feed flowing on the Blenheim feeder. On certain feeds it flowed correctly but with a finer cracked corn I had to shake back and forth to get it to flow several times a day. The Handy Feeder is a big upgrade and worth the extra cost. I was able to adjust my feed to where it flowed correctly.
The rain hat is a lot more expensive than the Blenheim rain hat but it's probably 3x as large, and worth it. My geese are able to get under it and eat because it's higher off the feed tray than the Blenheim because it's so much larger in diameter. On the Blenheim the geese removed the rain hat daily to get access to the feed.
I have a dozen chickens, 3 geese and 3 ducks and fill the Handy Feeder twice a week.

Seems to work quite well. Cuts the feed waste way down. I rarely find droppings in the tray.
