*Number Fed is determined by capacity multiplied by 4 oz (amount of feed the average adult chicken eats per day). Crumbles, wheat, barley and cracked corn can be used in these feeders.
How to Use
Saturn 15 Place on bricks or blocks or hang by using a heat lamp clip.

Great feeder. The top is great for keeping the birds from roosting on top and in turn pooping in the main food storage area.

This feeder has more than paid for itself by keeping the feed in the feeder and not on the ground. I have used most every kind of feeder for my chickens. I have replaced all the chicken feeders with this one. The small one is great for chicks. The oldest ones are over two years old and going strong.

Feeder seems to be durable and does the job. I do wish the metal snap clip the feeder hanger from wasn't quite so large. It can be difficult to force through the plastic hanger part on top and but more importantly, it requires a very large chain to hang it from because of the thickness of the snap clip. Even though the feeder holds 15 pounds it seems like over-kill.

This is a great feeder! It minimizes wasting of feed and the chickens jumped right on it as if they had been having it all along. We have about 50 chickens and I have 2 feeders for them.
