*Number Fed is determined by capacity multiplied by 4 oz (amount of feed the average adult chicken eats per day). Crumbles, wheat, barley and cracked corn can be used in these feeders.
How to Use
Saturn 15: Place on bricks or blocks or hang by using a heat lamp clip.

Love this feeder! It is difficult to find hanging feeders with close-fitting lids - finding a small one with a decent lid is even more difficult. Works great in the brooder as the chicks are growing to keep poop out of the food. Plus, the chicks don't play on top of it and knock it over like they do the non-hanging chick feeders. The food waste has decreased dramatically since I put this into the brooder. I ordered more to use in our small chicken tractors too.

Our three hens have taken to eating well from it AND there is no question that it does save feed! So now we are about to add 3 more hens and have ordered the larger size. Both sizes will more than pay for themselves with feed savings!
