Replacing the PCB board fixed my issue. The unit used to blink green, but I heard no clicking noise and the system didn’t produce high voltage.

Perfect replacement for my tired unit. Between the printed instructions provided and YouTube it was an almost effortless repair. Actually works better than when first purchased.

The parts did fix my IntelliShock 30 energizer. Unfortunately the tech at Premier 1 recommend the circuit board, so I tried that first, which didn’t help me and it was expensive compared to the transformer, so now I’ve got to return it for a refund.

I was immediately helped with ensuring I didn’t crosswire. Great company, great sturdy products.

I got good solid expert advice on how to fix my old IntelliShock 60 that I bought back in 2017: I needed a transformer and a new computer board. Cost: about $102. So I sprang for it. The instructional video was helpful, but I had way more trouble getting the old board out than was depicted on the video, so I called in and they walked me through my options in getting it out without breaking the supports. Anyway, it was successful and everything works fine now EXCEPT for one minor detail: The on button flashes red (low charge) even though the output is stronger than ever, so there may be a bad or outdated circuit on the replacement board. The transformer was easy to replace.
