Benefits
- Provides more minutes of “spray time” per can than other sheep stock markers
- Produces a controlled spray so letters and numbers are easy to read
- Marks last 3–7 weeks
Specs
- 200mL (or 400mL) aerosol cans with spray nozzle
- Available in red, blue, green, yellow, orange and purple
- Label design may vary
- Made in New Zealand
Common Questions
- How many numbers will a can produce?
- In our tests, a red 400 mL can produced approximately 450 numbers (2" to 3" in height) on a porous surface (burlap). Tip: Smaller numbers are more readable for a longer time.
- Is Sprayline scourable?
- It’s accepted as scourable in the UK, but not in the USA. (No, we cannot account for this.)
- Will Sprayline work on goats?
- Yes, but animals with that are haired (rather than wooled) will “wear” Sprayline for a shorter period of time. Even with sheep, Sprayline will last longer if used on a full fleece.

Sprayline is easier to apply on fast moving sheep. Also color lasts longer and can be read from the barn camera.
Quentin B from Kansas
Was disappointed that marks didn’t last more than a couple of days. Two stars because I did like the nozzle on the can.

Of all the marking products out there, this lasts the longest and has bright colors that are easy to see. I mark kids to match their mama for easy matching when I put them out in the main group. Only color needing improvement is green.

We marked ewes to be bred and it worked good smearing when it needed to be to seen which ones were getting bred.
