Works very well. The black ink is okay, but a premium product should include a premium ink - like the green paste. Also, why must letters be a separate purchase? Appears like you’re nickle and diming the customer for essential items that should have been included in the first place!

This is the second pair of these tattoo pliers we have purchased. We have one to keep our herd ID in so less changing of numbers and letters, so faster to process. These pliers are superior to others I looked at. They are very sturdy and easy to use.

I bought the Stone Tattoo Kits because I made the mistake of buying them from TSC store a few years ago...and they where made in China. The letters/numbers were hard to read and the gun did not hold up very well either.
I had Stone 30 years ago when I showed rabbits and never had a problem with them...should of known better!!! I would recommend Stone to everyone who needs to buy a tattoo kit.

The tattoo pliers work great! The ink is very iffy. You may want to use a different type than what comes with the kit.

Love the spring release as it is dual purposed. It stops you from going all the way through the ear and upon release, it quickly removes the tattoo characters from the ear to reduce any chance of damage from a moving head.
