Pigtail Caddy
Use this Pigtail Caddy from Strainrite® Fencing Systems to keep both hands free while carrying up to 30 electric fence posts. A time-saver when operating windup systems or dealing with obstacles.
Simply slide posts in to (or out of) the caddy. No need to “juggle” posts in one hand while attempting to wind a conductor reel in another. Shoulder strap is adjustable for a comfortable fit.

This simple device is well designed, durable and functional. It keeps the Strainrite pigtail posts aligned while carrying them through woods when putting in new fence for Silvopasture. Much easier than trying to carry 10 or more of them by hand while stepping over and around fallen and standing trees and invasives. Leaves hands free to deal with obstacles without having to put the posts down, and holds them even if you have to stop and use a saw or billhook to remove obstacles from the new fence line.

Best tool ever!! I logged in to leave a review only. We rotational graze with electric twine. This works with the fiberglass step ins as well, just be a little more mindful of breaking the clips and make sure when you drop it in its past the 2nd clip from the top. Absolutely great tool! My husband was skeptical till he used it, now he’s sold on it too!
