Swiss Bell
Traditional, Swiss-style, solid brass bell.
Hand cast in the pattern of the famous 1878 Saignélegier Chiantel Fondeur design, bells have been used for centuries to track and herd sheep, goats and cattle in the timber, brush, large pastures or open range.
Produces a bright sound that’s pleasant to the ear. (Most ears!)

This bell is beautiful and the perfect size for medium to small ewes. We have the ram bell on our big Suffolk. The two bells harmonize perfectly. For anyone grazing sheep this Swiss bell has just the prettiest ring!

Exactly what I was looking for!

Update to my previous post. Premier DID stand behind their bell and gave me an equitable path for getting a replacement bell. A replacement clapper option would still be nice, but I'll get another bell. I love the sound of this bell. Can hear my goat wherever she roams on the property!

This bell sounds wonderful... till the clapper falls off. And, in my case, that only took about 45 days of use. It was on my dairy doe in a clean pasture. I called Premier and they won't stand behind the bell. I was told that my only option is just to buy a whole new bell... and pay shipping for it. They offered no discount, free shipping, or replacement clapper. (I guess the warning that there are no replacement clappers in the product description should warn us that this happens fairly often?) I expected better customer service.

Love the beautiful sound the bells make. They work well with the collar and were easily put on my ewes. It makes all my other bells sound like cow bells.
