- Slide insulator onto the wall of vinyl post.
- Reattach post cap and thread rope or twine.

Needed these to hang some outdoor lights on a vinyl fence. Clipped onto the fence top perfectly, and the post top slid right over it. Now we can easily hang lights and miscellany without drilling holes in the fence. Arrived in the mail quickly as well. Glad I found these.
