I appreciate that Premier 1 stocks these. A very affordable solution. Quick and easy to put on. No nonsense. If I can turn a lamb from being cold and hunchy to warm and relaxing, then I know its energy is going into growing and thriving. It is also nice to put the wool to use. We got these for lambs (larger size for lambs is the right size, even for smaller lambs).

OMG! These covers were lifesavers… These really kept our newborns warm. I’ll be ordering more. Putting the covers on took a bit of finagling. Definitely get a helper. Put the front feet and head into a diving position. Insert the front legs through the holes one at a time and gently ease the head through the opening. Then gently fold the back legs one at a time to insert through the holes.

Size wise, get the lamb pullover for meat breed goats. The goat one is way too small.

This is an excellent coat for lambs. Our ram was 10 days old when I put it on him. It stretches out and I had no issues getting it on. He is now 4 weeks old and still wearing it since we are having extremely low temperatures. I recommend this product and will be buying more.

I had 2 Dwarf Nigerian kids born and 2 days after birth I tried to put on and the head holes are too small and not forgiving enough to pull on. Sweatshirt sleeves worked better.
