X-Tuff Single Sided Hay Feeder
Product Details
This very strong X-Tuff Feeder stands up to abuse from big sheep, horned goats and years of hard use. Everyone is impressed when they see these.
- Heavy enough to keep your large ewes from knocking it down like similar plastic feeders.
- Small openings (2-1/2" x 4-1/2") prevent sheep and goats from pulling out more than they can chew.
- Holes on bottom of hay feeder allow lambs/kids to eat.

Great product! This is a hay rack my goats can’t tear up.
Stephanie Z from Virginia
This was recommended to me from a friend who has a herd of goats. It is super useful and easy to use given the hooks. Very sturdy construction and small enough that the goats can’t get their heads stuck. This has saved so much hay, and keeps my boys occupied a lot longer than free feeding hay.

This is a great product. Very sturdy. I was very impressed and definitely recommend it.
Ruth C from Tennessee
This hay feeder is much safer than many on the market because it is very sturdy, so it will not allow for breakage which could trap or hurt animals as they eat. It is very heavy duty, and it does not rust. It is a significantly safer way to feed hay than hay bags which can tear and be ingested by animals such as goats. I am extremely happy with my purchase, and it is worth every penny considering the quality.

We’ve been increasingly using these hanging hay racks in our lamb jugs over the years. It is a simple way to reduce food contamination issues caused by just throwing a flake of hay into the jug each day. (Worms etc.) These racks hang low enough that the newborns can still “smell” the hay and mouth it before we move the families back out into the yard after a few days and the ewe can eat clean food. These feeders reduce contamination and waste.
