Quick Clean Waterer (with legs), 3 gal
Used for watering poultry, including waterfowl. Waterer stands up and out of the bedding to reduce soiling.
- Has three legs to stand up and out of the bedding to reduce coiling of water tray. Legs elevate waterer 5".
- Simple design that's easy to clean and refill. To fill remove red lid and add water. Ideally refill with a hose because it's heavy to carry when filled to the top.
- Worked both indoors and outdoors.
- Capacity: 3 gallon
- Size: 13"H, 15" pan diameter and 1.5" pan depth
- Suited for: adults
- Number of birds: 35
- Waterfowl: yes
How to Use
- Remove lid
- Add water
- Refill with hose or bucket
For proper function place waterer on a level surface. If used outside, the lid may blow off in strong winds.
Cleaning: We suggest periodically dismantling and cleaning the unit to prevent hard water and algae build up from obstructing the float system.

Love the waterer and easy to fill from top by just pulling off the lid. Need to make sure it’s on flat surface so water doesn’t overflow.

These waterers are great and keep our chicken's water from getting dirty. The chickens seem to love them too!

This is a durable 2.5 gallon poultry waterer and the only thing I would say negative is if it is not on perfectly level ground all the water runs out. In hindsight I would have picked a different waterer for this reason. Actually the one I got without its own stand and just put it up on bricks is better, I wish I bought that one again for my expansion coop.

Keeps water clean. Easy to fill with a hose or bucket. Plastic but sturdy. A big improvement over the open container I had been using.

Pretty good — remember to look at the instructions online and not the ones included with the parts. :P Once everything is in the right spot and lined up correctly, it works like a charm. It’s easy to put together with the correct instructions.
