Aluminum Tube RedCote™ Crook
Use this neck crook for grabbing animals as they are passing by or singling one out of a group.
Red outer finish means it's less likely to be "misplaced" in grass, straw, closets, etc. Also prevents uncoated aluminum from leaving black oxidate on your hands and clothes.

Never used a crook before but after using it a couple times it sure beats chasing them around the pen! Didn’t take long to figure out to just twist a little after you snag em. Saving me some time already.

Crook works wells for sheep up 50-60 lbs but not for larger adult sheep. I have 3 of these and all 3 are bent from larger sheep simply pulling while being hooked.

My kids bought this for their dad for Christmas. I expect it will work for wrangling the sheep. Will update again after the new year, as should begin lambing then.

After my 9 year old using this product on the second day... it is bent. He hooked a ewe and the ewe turned hard on him, hit a post with the shaft an is bent severely. Not recommending this product. Get a wooden crook!
