The Serrated ARS Hoof Trimmers have become our favorite trimming shears. They’re easy on our hands, agile and sharp. The serrated blade grips the hoof to prevent the trimmers from sliding off while you’re cutting. Safety catch is very sensitive, if the trimmers are closed and are bumped or dropped they will open.

Hands down, the very best hoof trimmers I've ever used! My friends are always impressed by how sharp they are (non-serrated model) compared to the the other products on the market - and they hold an edge!

These clippers are very easy to use, lightweight, but durable. They get the job done.

Great hoof trimmers. My husband got me these to use on our new sheep. Timely purchase as we are dealing with a footrot outbreak. They fit my hand well and the smaller blades clip well between the toes of the young ewes. Just really nice to use.

This is my second pair but not for myself. I have used several different brands for trimming angora goat hooves. I have sharpened several pairs but none have lasted or stayed as sharp as these. I went to help another farmer shear and she had the ones everyone starts with. The orange handle and Teflon coated ones. The local hardware store sharpened them for her but ruined them. I had brought mine and we were able to trim 20 goats without needing sharpened. So, I bought her a pair. These are the best I’ve found.
