Bucket Teat Unit
Bucket teat units were first introduced to the USA by Premier over 30 years ago. They have been the "gold standard" design ever since.
Feed orphan lambs, goat kids and calves by attaching this unit to a square bucket. Teats sold separately. (See Accessories tab below.)
Use a bucket teat wrench to easily tighten or loosen the plastic gray "nut".
Additional washers (sold above) may also be needed when using thin-walled buckets.
Teats sold separately.
Why so low? When a young ruminent stretches out its neck to nurse, their esophagus elongates and forms a groove that carries the milk into the 4th stomach (the abomasum).
If the neck is not stretched, the milk falls into the first stomach instead of the 4th. But the first stomach is intended for grass and hay. It doesn’t digest milk well. A first stomach with too much milk enlarges to form a “potbelly”—and the lamb/kid can’t thrive.

Fantastic product, definately worth the investment! Before buying these, I would wander out the barn with an arm full of bottles and fight with the lambs to keep them all evenly fed. Now it's a breeze! Thanks!

Simple and effective. This is a no brainer. Order the complete set up and you won't be disappointed.

This nipple rig is far superior to the white ones found at local ag supply stores. However, I suggest using an O-ring on either side of the bucket for a better seal without leakage.

Goats love it and it is so much easier than individual bottle feeding! Great product!!

Bucket feeding is so much more convient that bottle feeding. We begin our lambs at 2 days old on the bucket and these assemblies are super easy to use and clean.
